With an extensive background in the industry, Christy’s journey began by assisting her husband in flipping and renovating homes. As her expertise grew, she transitioned to collaborating with various investors, offering her invaluable insights and guidance.

Today, Christy serves both commercial and residential clients, specializing in a wide range of projects from new construction builds to comprehensive renovations. Her meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to timelines have earned her a sterling reputation among her peers and clients alike.

Rudy Reyes

Partner & General Counsel

After receiving his Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School, Rudy began his professional career implementing safety and compliance infrastructure at a boutique renovations company servicing Boston and greater New England. In 2015, Rudy moved to Atlanta and began working at Romanoff Renovations as General Counsel taking on a key role in the implementation of processes surrounding compliance with OSHA, the EPA, and state Construction Boards; as well as making sure the company follows all Federal, State, and Local laws and guidelines.

In 2020, Rudy co-founded the Stout Construction Group with Christy Stout. As Chief Legal Officer, Rudy works alongside Operations to ensure that all construction is performed within mandated guidelines so employees, contractors, and customers all have a safe and fulfilling experience.

Rudy has been a member of the Romanoff Foundation since 2015, and Vice-Chairman since 2018 and is on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity. Personally, Rudy has a passion for travel having visited 58 countries and is an avid practitioner of Martial Arts training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (purple belt), Judo (brown belt), and Muay Thai.
